MENU SUBMISSION

Please fill out the included menu submission form with your top menu choices. Due to the potential for duplication, not all menu items may be selected. Vendors may be selected based upon menu items described. However, items such as french fries, which are sold in many forms, would not apply. Below you can list a main food item you do not want duplicated. Vendors may only sell items agreed on by Toledo Botanical Garden and the Crosby Festival of the Arts Food Committee.

Approved items will be sent with acceptance letter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Applications must be submitted online through this form or postmarked by March 1, 2017. (Download a Word document of the form.)
  • This is not a contract. Do not send money with this application. Once approved, accepted food vendors will be offered a contract along with details of participation, payment and insurance requirements.
  • Acceptance notifications will be mailed on or before March 17, 2017.
  • A $200 refundable deposit is due no later than April 15, 2017.
  • Full payment for the Festival is due no later than May 15, 2017.
  • Space will be assigned based upon completed applications being approved and payment being received. Space isn’t guaranteed until payment has cleared the bank.
  • Vendors will be charged a $35 fee if a check is returned for any reason.
  • The Crosby Festival of the Arts reserves the right to select or decline food vendors based upon the application submitted, vendor history, appearance, food quality, product mix and other factors as determined by the Crosby Festival.
  • Each food vendor will be assigned a space by the Crosby Festival of the Arts staff. A location map will be provided prior to setup. Management reserves the right to change a food vendor’s assigned space at their discretion.
  • All food vendors are required to purchase carbonated beverages and water through Coca-Cola. Products will be available onsite, at predetermined, wholesale price. Non-branded brewed ice tea and fresh squeezed lemonade is allowed.
