Crosby Festival of the Arts, now in its 45th year, is set amidst the beauty of Toledo Botanical Garden and is heralded as Ohio's oldest outdoor juried fine arts festival.
Because it is the only show of its size and caliber in our region, participating artists are received enthsiastically by over 25,000 visitors and 1,000 preview party guests each year.

Information for Participating Artists
Welcome to the 45th Annual Crosby Festival of the Arts!
Festival Arrival and Set Up
Artist registration and set up will be offered Thursday, June 24, 9 am - 6 pm and Friday, June 25, 9 am - 3:30 pm. You may call us to schedule an appointment to set up on Wednesday, June 23. Upon arrival, you will receive an instructional packet, which includes a parking pass. There is free artist parking on grounds throughout the weekend. All artists must be set up by 4:00 pm Friday, June 25. A complimentary artist dinner is served at 4:30 pm. The Preview Party begins at 6:00 pm. Your booth must stay open until 9 pm.
An artist lounge is available all weekend, featuring breakfast Saturday and Sunday, air conditioning, refreshments, artist-only restrooms and more.
