The Shade Garden, located along the northern edge of the property between the outdoor eating area and the Conference Center, is a true highlight of Toledo Botanical Garden.

March, April, May and June are the peak bloom months for this area of the Garden, though the many shrubs and trees offer interesting autumn colors as well.  Two gazebos provide privacy and cool shade for relaxing.
 

 

The Conference Center offers a great space for meetings and events. The newly refurbished Cottage is a wonderful space for smaller group gatherings. These facilities are all surrounded by lush gardens, adding to their charm.
