Children’s Education Intern (Unpaid)
Toledo Botanical Garden’s Children’s Education Department is looking for a talented student interested in furthering their experience in children’s education. Our award winning program is a hands on, inquiry based nature education curriculum. Interns will be trained to assist our experienced educators with the camps and classes. They will present and facilitate activities and games relating to topics from adaptations, life cycles and habitats to painting, making re-purposed gifts, fairy gardens, and playing pioneer games. Candidate should be comfortable directing large groups of children ages 6-14 in a controlled and safe manner. For more information on this position click: Children’s Education Intern.
