Located inside the Crosby Conference Center, this room has three sets of double doors that open to provide a panoramic view of the Sycamore Allée. The charming brick patio outside may also be used. Free WiFi.

Surrounded by lush shade, this cottage is a perfect place for a small group gathering. It’s equipped with a kitchen, enclosed porch, living room, bridal / meeting room and bathroom.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Does TBG provide chairs, tables, linens, catering, etc.? We provide rectangular or 5′ round tables and chairs in the Terrace and Stables Rooms. Different tables and chairs, along with linens, may be rented from Meredith Party Rentals (419.531.9977), Toledo Tent (419-693-1383) or American Rent All (419-867-6750). Call for a quote. We do not offer catering service; renters may use a licensed caterer of their choice.
Do we have access to a kitchen? Yes. When you rent either the Terrace or Stable Rooms inside our Crosby Conference Center, you are allowed to use the kitchen. It’s equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, sink, and microwave. This is not a commercial kitchen, so caterers cannot prepare food.
Are we responsible for cleaning up after our event? Yes. We ask that you leave your rented area in the same condition as it was prior to your event. You may be charged for clean-up or for any damages incurred during your event.
Can we have alcohol at our event? Yes, but the renter must provide proof of liability insurance and follow all rules and laws. A Metroparks Ranger must be on duty at a $50 per hour charge paid by the renter.
Can we have electricity and/or a deejay? Yes. Electricity can be provided at all indoor rental sites. Music must be kept at reasonable levels and played no later than 11pm in respect for TBG’s neighbors.
Are there restrooms? Yes. There are restrooms located in the picnic area and in the Crosby Conference Center. There are no restrooms south of Crosby Lake.
Do you rent golf carts to transport guests?
Yes. The golf cart rental is $50 per hour and includes a TBG designated driver.
Do you rent wheelchairs? We do not have wheelchairs to rent.
What is your cancellation policy? Refunds are given if event is cancelled 6 months prior to event with the refund equaling 50% of payment. In the event of cancellation less than 6 months prior to the event, no refund will be given. Refunds are not provided due to inclement weather (unless garden is closed for weather emergency).
Are there any additional fees?
If you are having an after hours event with alcohol in the conference center, a park ranger MUST be on grounds during your event at an additional $50/hour.
What don’t you allow at TBG?
Because we are a botanical garden, no pets or animals, including horse-drawn carriages, are permitted in TBG at any time, except for service animals. We do not allow indoor smoking; hanging signage, decorations, or lights on garden displays (including any garden structures, artwork, trees, plants, flowers, bushes, etc.); arches; shepherd’s hooks; the use of glitter/confetti; releasing of birds, balloons, rice, bird seed, flower petals, etc. Candles may be used in enclosed containers. Also, parking is not allowed on grass, walkways, or trails.
