2017 Growing Season Volunteering

When: Every Wednesday
Time: 9 am – noon
Where:  TBG Urban Farm / Toledo GROWs headquarters
The Robert J. Anderson Urban Agriculture Center,  900 Oneida Street | Toledo, OH 43608.

We will be expecting you, so no need to call in advance–just show up! Bring or wear clothes you can get dirty, gloves, and drinks or snacks you may need. You’ll be helping in our greenhouse and all around the property growing and cultivating food!

Toledo GROWs Tours

Individuals
Open tours are every Wednesday, April through October from 1 to 2 pm. Tours are free, but donations are most appreciated. No appointment necessary.  (Note: this is an urban farmstead and the site may be muddy.)

Adult Tour Groups
Please schedule your adult group tour at least three weeks in advance.  Tours are free, but donations are most appreciated. (Note:this is an urban farmstead and the site may be muddy.)

School Groups and Organizational Youth Groups
Please schedule your tour at least three weeks in advance. This allows us to staff appropriately in order to accommodate your group. Site tours are $3 per person or $5 per person for a tour with a related on-site  activity for the students. (Note: this is an urban farmstead and the site may be muddy.)
